Monthly Services

We will provide you complete monthly financial reporting so your results are available in a consistent, timely and concise manner.

We perform a bank reconciliation of your business checking each month that allows us to keep your bank account, accounting and taxes up-to-date.

We maintain a clean general ledger which is critical as it is the core of your company's financial records.  These records constitute the central "books" of your system - a problem with your general ledger throws off all of your books.

We produce an profit and loss (P&L) statement to track revenue and expense to determine operating performance and income tax liability.

We produce a balance sheet that gives you a snapshot of your business financial condition at a specific moment in time.

We will handle all State Sales Tax and  941 IRS Tax reports and filing on quarterly or monthly, whichever you are required to file.

We will handle processing of payroll, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly where your employee's payroll is directly deposited into their bank account.

We will handle the preparation of 1099 reports at the end of the year to be processed by your CPA.

We will forward to your CPA all year end data so they may file your final income tax report.  If you are in need of a CPA, we can help you find a local CPA to help with your needs.
